The content and photographs on this website are the intellectual property of Stephen Jones, unless otherwise stated. Permission must be obtained for the use of these photographs, whether it's for non-profit or commercial use. Different terms exist for both categories.

For Non-profit Usage

The photographs may be used freely for non-profit, non-commercial use at no charge. However, the copyright warning on the photograph must not be removed. Also, the photograph must be credited to Stephen Jones in the form of a link to the following feedback form (http://www.callufrax.net/feedback.shtml), and a link to the website from which the photograph came (http://www.callufrax.net/).

For Commercial Usage

The photographs may be used for commercial use, provided the above conditions are met. In addition to this, the use of the photographs carry a £50 charge for each individual photograph. On top of this, a 5% commission is required from sales in which the photographs are used. This includes, but is not limited to, CD-ROMs (whether evaluation or 'un-locked'), and registration codes required to run a full version of software in which the photographs are included. A legally binding contract will need to be drawn up, and signed by both parties, to meet these requirements.

Breach of Copyright

A breach of this copyright will result in legal action being taken. This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Kingdom and each party hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts sitting there.
